President Chris Siple called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. The minutes of May meeting were approved

Approved were:

BUDGET/FINANCIALS

The budget for 2019 is $42,215. Largest budget item is $17,000 for roof repair and crawl space repair. Income anticipated similar to past years at approximately $31,000. Current bank balance is $86,803.

PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSIONS:

Deborah Wood updated information on several county improvement projects. Everything reported on before is proceeding but slowly. The 7th Street Project will start this fall. The 9th Street Project is funded. The Natural Path Project has support from the neighbors. Active discussion on meeting start time. Judith Desplechins will poll residents on whether these meetings start at 7:00 or 7:30.

Barbara Clemens volunteered to represent Barcroft regarding the renovation of Alcova Heights Park.
